Being responsible for corporate relocations is a formidable task; it is important for you to endure employees and their families are moved into their new residence without disruption at work or home. As well, you must be confident your company, your transferee and you receive the value you have a right to expect from your mover. Trust Allied to deliver this value.

The AES process for your transferee

Our goal at AES is to consistently exceed our customers’ expectations by ensuring a satisfying moving experience on every move. Once notified of your transferee’s move, your dedicated move coordinator will:

• Track and manage the move
• Provide timely communication with your employee’s family
• Explain the moving process and answer all questions
• Ensure your employee receives an Allied information package
• Provide the transferee with contact numbers for 24/7 service
• Contact the Origin Agent to ensure all services have been arranged and confirmed
• Check with the transferee on the day of delivery to ensure the move is proceeding smoothly
• Contact your employee within five working days after completion of the move to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Have the authority to settle claims to a maximum of CAD$500 immediately
• Provide a detailed account report on a regular basis summarizing your corporate relocations
