Quality Assurance
The Allied Advantage is our quality. Allied has become the largest, most recognized van line on the continent through decades of commitment to providing our customers the best moving services possible – and our satisfied customers are testimony to our success.
Allied has developed a number of quality assurance systems and processes unique to the industry to ensure consistent quality service for each of our customers. In 1995, Allied Van Lines introduced our Quality Service Audit (QSA) to assure our customers of getting the highest quality service available anywhere. Through extensive research, we identified the things that contributed most significantly to overall customer satisfaction during their moving experience. We then used this information to develop a uniquely comprehensive and accurate customer service satisfaction survey. We rely on the feedback from our customers to raise the bar for setting quality performance measurement standards.
Quality Alliance
Our Quality Alliance is a team of agents, drivers and other employees working to ensure that Allied is constantly striving to maintain and improve each area of service. The Alliance has developed and implemented a set of quality standards that rank as the most comprehensive in the industry. From Master Mover and Professional Driver Development Programs to comprehensive continuing education programs for our internal move management team, Allied is committed to developing excellence in moving and customer service for each and every Allied associate. Even our trucks are subject to daily inspection by the van foreman!
